? About cycle and anadrol

going to to 12 wk of sus eod
deca 10wks 400mg wk
anadrol 50 green thi wk1-4 or 6 not sure on the dosage and what to take to block water ret and gyno i know its norm is nolvadex during i've been using aifm but not sure if thats enough

age 32 6' 225 11%bf will be my 2nd cycle in april thanks

Anadrol, not more than 50mg per day, AIFM 2 pumps a day, nolvedex on hand.


Anadrol can be very, very, very harsh, 10 times worst than d-bol
