That sucks that they will protect his sorry ass and leave a woman that is typically view as "defensless" and supposed to be protected before another man. Maybe that will tell you that the company even thinks he is a fat little twat. I'm all out of ideas besides the ones that might get you fired or arrested or both
I guess the only thing that could possibly work, and again the last thing i would want is for you to get arrested or anyone one else, but if you ever see him outside of work and you are with your friends, make sure he doesnt see you but get you friend to go harrass the hell out of him and see how big he is then. Dont know if he could press charges against your friend for the harrassment but at least he wouldnt be able to connect it to you.

I probably sound like I am a bad person for thinking about all of this but it is just because I am the "nice guy" that this always happens to and it sucks!!!!! Good luck Val. Whatever you do the little piece of shit isnt worth losing your job over.

Similar situation: My ex-girfriend used to go out with a guy, no longer does. He treated her like shit and still fucks with her. Guess what? I just got a job bouncing at a club not 1 mile from where he lives. He'll be there one day and will pay a heavy price.

big brother val : those situation sucks. I know how it is where I work.. the person who reports it first is the one that wins. I've even had a supevisor admit that to me. He said whoever reports an incident first is usually the one who is believed..... weird how it works out that way.
