Is it ok to take it with Ginger root prior to meals. Ginger helps protein absorbtion. Or does ALA does this as well and adding ginger is just overkill?

How long prior to meals should it be taken?

Does it give everyone the shits? Those who it does, speak up please.

I have been taking 1800mg ed for 2 days, i read one of fonz's posts and bumped it up to 1000mg 3 times a day since yest. I have been spilling ketones and eating carbs at the same time, kinda crazy but its true...I take it 3 times a day 1-20 min b4 my 3 biggest meals.....I had a SICK pump in the gym today kinda like i was on and it lasted for a while.....I dont know if im doing it right but i feel great...Yes it at first gave me the shits but i dont know if it was the Creatine also....Hope this helped..

I've been taking it for 3 days @ 3 grams per day and I forget what it is like to take a shit..

IT does that to me too, untill I eat something, so make sure your gonna eat or dont take it on an empty stomach
