I'm living at 6.7% bf right now and I'm almost done with a 12 week cutter cycle. Now that I've made it this far, I want those insane ab striations and I'm thinking of running clen to tighten and shred that last 1% I want to trim.
So I'm curious how long people can "live" at 6% bf and below?
And how long should I run the clen?
Recommend T3 with Clen or unecessary?
current stats:
height: 6'1
weight: 202lbs
bf: 6.7%
diet: 6 meals/day (2.5hrs btw each meal)
sesapure, glucorell-R, CLA, TRex, B-Complex, Mult-V, Milk Thistle, saw palmetto, Fish Oil, Krill, Flaxseed, Creatine,
~ 250 g's of whey protien/day
~ 60 - 70 g's carbs/day
I was thinking of running clen 2 weeks, on 2 weeks off at 40/50/60/70/70/70/70 and then taper back down to 40. I've never ran clen before.
I'm really focusing on my abdominal and transverse abdominus muscles.
