abcess maybe?

i recently took my first injection at 250 mg test in my right buttox.. on a tuesday.. its now saturday.. and i woke this morning and the injection site was about 2 inches from a mole i have.. and it seems like a small swelling right beside/under the mole.. the injection spot was sore till thursday, then all was fine, now this? it doesnt hurt much only when i press on it.. its a very small little knot like feeling.. is it some kinda reaction the mole had to the test? the injection went smoothly dont understand this small little pop-up... any suggestions? give it a few days to see if it goes away, or could this be a problem?

Usually goes away, not inject there for 2-3 weeks after symptoms dissapear, tough.
Some NSAIDs may work.
