I was just curious how many of you guys do much ab work while bulking? Eating 6 or more meals a day plus drinking a few protein shakes makes my stomach feel like a blimp. Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna puke my guts out when trying to bust out some crunches. Who here actually does much ab work while bulking or do you wait until your not on such a high intake diet?
