ab routines

anyone got any good ab routines used the search feature didn't find anything..
 
Starting off with the obvious, your diet will determine your abs more than anuthing else. As far as routine goes....I don't really have a set routine or day. When I do them I like to start with hitting my lower abs first with and exercise like leg raises then work my way up to some type of crunch.
 
Vacuums/Bridges
Reverse Crunches/Frog Kicks
Side Bridges/Russian Twists
Crunches on stability ball (full ROM)

One to two sets each, three times a week, no higher than 10 reps, add weight when necessary.

Bridges,

Frog Kicks
 
"Frog Kicks" is just another term for hanging leg/knee/hip raises. I've heard it called so many different things, that I just use them interchangably. Good for targetting the lower abdominals.

Bridges I described in a thread for Anthrax somewhere around here. It was a pretty recent post. If I skim passed it, I'll edit. Otherwise, browse real quick.
 
That is agustina, her ass is better than Vida's, her ass actually makes me angry, not that I can't get that ass out of pure devotion and money, but that there is only one ass like that in the world, only one..only one. I am mad, that is the best ass I have ever seen.
