Starting off with the obvious, your diet will determine your abs more than anuthing else. As far as routine goes....I don't really have a set routine or day. When I do them I like to start with hitting my lower abs first with and exercise like leg raises then work my way up to some type of crunch.
"Frog Kicks" is just another term for hanging leg/knee/hip raises. I've heard it called so many different things, that I just use them interchangably. Good for targetting the lower abdominals.
