i went through a period of getting forearm cramps, and id have to pry my fingers apart out of a fist to get it to stop cramping, it would just clamp shut, sucked

i had a similar incodent but it was because i didn't work abs is a long time. i did a couple supersets of leg raises and crunches and right after my first set i could't even stand and my abs were spazzing out. i was stuck in the fetal position for about 10 minutes before i could even straighten my upper body and actually stand up.

what you should have done was double over in the morning infront of your boss, go to the ER for a few hours....than straighten up say it's alright and go home and call up some hoore to come over and massage it. Ive gotten these. Ive had them where the cramp knot moves across your stomach... not a fun thing and really no way to make them go away.
Rubbing it doesnt do anything.
Get them worse when Im taking stanozolol. Ive decided I was dehydrated.
Take some potassium a couple times a day, and up your h2o intake and they should clear up.

You know... 10 - 15 years ago you could associate a certain level of intelligence and socioeconomic status with owning a computer and having access to the internet.
