AAS/ are all calories created Equal?????

are all calories created equal when on a bulking cycle or is eating clean the best thing to do. i am in week 6 and i love the gains but i ont want to get sloppy so i added more cardio and now am looking more toward my diet, i am holding a little water but i know some of it is fat from eating more, should i watch what i eat while bulking or as previously stated , are all calories created equal
 
even though i don't particulary like you, here's the answer

yes and no. Overall calorie intake will be the biggest factor in weight gain, so yes in that aspect. but also no...
because certain calories have a predispotion to make you fat, whether it be directly(trans fatty acids) or indirectly through insulin spikes.

so basically, eat clean...i remember you saying you started at around 14-15% bodyfat. if you dont eat clean you're gonna balloon to 20% or so and its not gonna be fun cutting

it seams that when i wake up in the mornng i LOVE my physique. and then as the day goes on and i eat more, i become less desirable, does any one know why this is?

water retention. also, are you taking in dairy, this effect seem much more exagerrated when i'm using milk/cottage cheese in my diet.

i do use some dairy but not alot. i drink alot of water totry to filter the drugs through my liver a little better., maybe thats it. thanks
 
eat clean as clean as you can and if your total cals are low add healthy fats and proteins

shakes make it easy now.. add a good protein powder mix and then add extra virgin olive oil.. perfect way to increase the cals and stay lean while bulking..

i wouldnt do any cardio while bulking.. maybe.. 20 mins 2-3x a week tops but low intensity.. thats just me..

The more fat your body has, the lesser effect the AAS will have on your body. Personally I would not waste my gear if I was 13% or more. I would diet to 8-9% and then start my cycle.

Also, you can eat far less of clean calories and gain. Eating a bunch of shit to grow is like killing a fly with a cannonball. Eat properly and their is no need to eat a bunch of garbage calories.

Also, make sure your post workout nutrition is where the bulk of your daily carb calories are placed.
 
well i would say i am far from fat, quite the opposite actualy. lol. i love my gains and love how the AAS is taking to my body. But i wanted to knnow if eating clean was better than eating period. i have heard arguements for both. so i did want to clarify wether or not all calories are ceated equal, not validation on wether my diet is causing my fatass body LOL to gain a tiny bit of weight. lol. remember the leaner you are the more the weight shows up. thanks for every ones help. i look foward to and appreciate every ones input when responding to a post. i do not want to get sloppy, so i am trying to understand AAS , dieting and training more and more every day. I owe most of my knowledge and gains to what experience follows me on this site. Their are alot of great fitness thinkers here. THANKS to those who did not make snyde remarks for no aparent reason.
