Aap

I haven't done enough cycles to get a basic one.
I have done :

1st - EQ & Winstol
2nd - NPP & Prop - lasted 5 shots total, NPP fucked me up
3rd - Tren acetate & Cyp - 4.5 weeks. Tren acetate killed my appetite
4th - cyp & Supra Parabolan (awesome)
5th - cyp / EQ / Serostim (GH) (last one that taught me I respond better to lower test doses)

this was over a course of 4 years

My test one will be Cyp/30mg halo (Stenox)/ 20mg BTG oxandrin just to burn some fat.

It wasn't so much the juice, but I started actual weight training at 22 (31 now) and after doing nothing but swimming for 8 years, as soon as the cardio levels dropped I started growing. In college, I didn't train with weights, just pullups, back exercises, and abs every single day.

The best thing is I actually figured out what my body responds to. Which is something that 90% of people never take time to figure out what works and what doesn't. Instead just blindly following training programs and their old ineffective habits.

Thankyou

Some of the best Physiques I have seen were form Previous swimmers

how did NPP mess you up?

also what level of Test seems best?

Swimming and it's training is awesome. The entire system will leave you with shoulder, back and waist development years ahead of what you would accomplish on just weight training alone.

agree
and have come to notice this

kinda wish I swam when I was younger

took along time for my Pecs to match my Delts and Traps

I nocticed that swimmers haver the best chests

What's your deadlift record? Sure you have tried it.

Here is the deal with NPP

http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=308388&highlight=NPP+pain

I won't go over 500mg of test again. Too much bloat. I would rather stick with anabolics that give me slower growth but keep me lean.

If only more weight lifters swam.

My Old Grump was an ocean lifeguard waaaaaaay back when and even though the most weight he has lifted as of late has been a 12oz glass of vodka he still has hyuge shoulders and a fukkin barrel chest.

I wish I could get his sorry ass back into pool as injuries have made it very undesirable for him to lift.

I have also incorporated aquatics into my regular training regimine with WONDERFUL results.

Dammit why do all the REALLY cute dudes have to play for the other team? .... not that I am interested mind you. I got me a lawngnome of my very own to play with. :qt:

My first one was very late in the year. I started after my birthday in November and ran the EQ and winstrol for 34 weeks.

AAP, what are your current stats? (height, weight, BF)

BTW excellent post Omega!

Today, 256-7ish, still 5'11" and bodyfat is low. I have never had it measured, but I have never had a day I couldn't see all my abs and serratus.

AAP haven't you run primo before?

The last time I did, it was quite difficult to stay afloat.

AAP is that you in your avvie then?

You never know on this site. If so, good back development.

AAP, you compete?

No, that doesn't interest me. My days of wearing a speedo in front of crowds are over.

Since the time of this prior post I have. And will be running it again with my next cycle. Low dose of test about 500mg, about 600mg primo, and anavar.

Very well said -- especially about gear.

But figuring-out the gear side of the equation is incredibly hard. Gear doesn't even always run the same way the same time, and interactions between compounds can make two things act very differently. Taking the time to accurately titrate gear takes a lot of cycles that don't vary much in terms of compounds, doses, sleep, food, training patterns, etc. etc.

The thing about figuring gear out is, that once you realize whatever training and diet habits you have work while off, that is what works while on.

You don't get magic out of the bottle. whatever you had before, you just get a bit more of. If you had small shoulders and love handles, then without drastic changes, when you go on the gear, you are maybe going to get slightly bigger shoulders, but still have love handles, possibly bigger too if you are holding water.

Gear is simply a +1 to whatever you already possess.

Figuring out which type of gear is different still. Once you have your diet and training in place, you simply try and see what happens. In my case, Tren Acet completely killed my appetite. To the point I was having days where I only had one protein shake all day. And no solid food. I couldn't even stomach the smell of food without getting sick. Going from 7-8 solid meals per day to one protein shake is extreme. One "good" days, I had breakfast and then later after training about 7PM a protein shake. However, despite killing my appetite, I only lost 2 pounds after 5 weeks.

NPP really put me through a car wreck. I will never use that again. I had weird lumps growing out of my body.

1 gram of test weekly is too much for me. I didn't see any increase in the rate of gains I was having, I only saw water retention and a moon face. Anything over 500mg weekly for me is a waste.

It really just comes down to trial and error and what you are willing to put up with for the sake of a few pounds of muscle.

Do your food cravings change "on" versus "off"? For some reason, Test+HGH means I crave almost exclusively protein. But if I add EQ, I my diet balances-out more like when I'm off-cycle.

But I bet you've got crazy eating discipline too, don't you? I'd love to be able to keep my diet constant but so far I've failed miserably. The high-protein I crave with Test+HGH leaves me flat with no energy when I'm "off" or when I add EQ.

Diet wise, I am one of the few that probably can function happily on a low carb diet year around. My daily carbs are minimal at the average and moderate every now and then when I have slop meals.

But that comes from 8 years of eating prior to setting foot in a gym. As a swimmer, we all had two choices to stay lean. More cardio or better diet. I was lazy and just stuck with low carbs so I wouldn't need any other cardio than what I got from the daily drills and conditioning coaches.
