I have done :
1st - EQ & Winstol
2nd - NPP & Prop - lasted 5 shots total, NPP fucked me up
3rd - Tren acetate & Cyp - 4.5 weeks. Tren acetate killed my appetite
4th - cyp & Supra Parabolan (awesome)
5th - cyp / EQ / Serostim (GH) (last one that taught me I respond better to lower test doses)
this was over a course of 4 years
My test one will be Cyp/30mg halo (Stenox)/ 20mg BTG oxandrin just to burn some fat.
It wasn't so much the juice, but I started actual weight training at 22 (31 now) and after doing nothing but swimming for 8 years, as soon as the cardio levels dropped I started growing. In college, I didn't train with weights, just pullups, back exercises, and abs every single day.
The best thing is I actually figured out what my body responds to. Which is something that 90% of people never take time to figure out what works and what doesn't. Instead just blindly following training programs and their old ineffective habits.

I won't go over 500mg of test again. Too much bloat. I would rather stick with anabolics that give me slower growth but keep me lean.

My Old Grump was an ocean lifeguard waaaaaaay back when and even though the most weight he has lifted as of late has been a 12oz glass of vodka he still has hyuge shoulders and a fukkin barrel chest.
I wish I could get his sorry ass back into pool as injuries have made it very undesirable for him to lift.
I have also incorporated aquatics into my regular training regimine with WONDERFUL results.
Dammit why do all the REALLY cute dudes have to play for the other team? .... not that I am interested mind you. I got me a lawngnome of my very own to play with.![]()

AAP said:The thing about figuring gear out is, that once you realize whatever training and diet habits you have work while off, that is what works while on.
You don't get magic out of the bottle. whatever you had before, you just get a bit more of. If you had small shoulders and love handles, then without drastic changes, when you go on the gear, you are maybe going to get slightly bigger shoulders, but still have love handles, possibly bigger too if you are holding water.
Gear is simply a +1 to whatever you already possess.
Figuring out which type of gear is different still. Once you have your diet and training in place, you simply try and see what happens. In my case, trenbolone Acet completely killed my appetite. To the point I was having days where I only had one protein shake all day. And no solid food. I couldn't even stomach the smell of food without getting sick. Going from 7-8 solid meals per day to one protein shake is extreme. One "good" days, I had breakfast and then later after training about 7PM a protein shake. However, despite killing my appetite, I only lost 2 pounds after 5 weeks.
NPP - Nandrolone PhenylPropionate - really put me through a car wreck. I will never use that again. I had weird lumps growing out of my body.
1 gram of test weekly is too much for me. I didn't see any increase in the rate of gains I was having, I only saw water retention and a moon face. Anything over 500mg weekly for me is a waste.
It really just comes down to trial and error and what you are willing to put up with for the sake of a few pounds of muscle.
mrplunkey said:Very well said -- especially about gear.
But figuring-out the gear side of the equation is incredibly hard. Gear doesn't even always run the same way the same time, and interactions between compounds can make two things act very differently. Taking the time to accurately titrate gear takes a lot of cycles that don't vary much in terms of compounds, doses, sleep, food, training patterns, etc. etc.
