can someone give me this quick.. i think it was 8 sets of 8 to 10 front raise lateral rise and rear delt .. then 3x10 mili press am i right?
 
7-8 sets side laterals 12- 20 reps
7-8 sets front laterals 12-20 reps
7-8 set rear laterals 12-20 reps (I do these on back day though)

3x10 military

I split the laterals into groups of four to keep it interesting

i worked shoulders today too
 
ah we did this..

4 sets sides 12 reps
4 sets front 10 reps
4 sets rear 10 reps
3x10 military
4 sets sides 12 reps
4 sets front 10 reps
4 sets rear 10 reps

4 sets of standing calf raises
various core exercises.
