This has only happened once this bad before, about an hour after training legs I get out of my ride and make it half way across the parking lot and my legs are cramping so bad theyre seized. Intense pain in my quads, no amount of massaging works, I just sit there on the ground in the pouring rain with people looking at me like WTF?, for like ten minutes until I can hobble away.
Im not dieting, and my water intake is always consistant and high.
Is it sodium? Any other ideas?:confused:
 
who would have thought. . . i with the artical would have given more info on why it's thought to work.

what's your cycle consist of? or are you currently off? that may shed some light. some gear is know for causing cramps.
 
When I played ball , in the summer the trainers used to give us cups of poweraid with pills floating in it. The pills were potassium and some other aminos.

taking potassium will help prevent cramps but it will also cause sever cramps if your sodium is out to balance. Sodium will help keep the cramps away , but you realy need to ad some potassium
to your diet also try to keep a balance

Not on anything as of now, but should be startin the growth process by friday if all goes well. Its weird because my diet is very consistant and this has only happened twice.

The pickle juice should do the trick.
Do you think I can cut my gear with it and shoot it in my ass?
Prob feels better then TT cyp. lol ;)
