A typical meal for me... Strict but extremely good... 8 oz. of cod and two servings each of brocolli and mushrooms... Baked fish and grilled vegetables... 250 total calories... 62 grams of protein and no fat... That is how to keep lean and keep muscle the Dylan Gemelli way... =)

But for us fatties done we need fats to help us get rid of the fat we carry?
Fish oils, olive oil, GSO, coconut oil...

Dylan you should for sure put together a thread for several different meals that are high protein and low fat. I think many people here could find that very useful.
