A traning philosophy - What do you think?

i dont like all the volume in the routines personally as i dont respond as well to it but its good for some. i think the key to finding a good routine is the same as the other aspects. find what works for you. explore all different styles of training and see what happens. one thing is for sure if your diet isnt right you wont grow regardless.

And the article is meant for natural bodybuilders, maybe that's why the author doesn't put many exercises for the same bodypart.
 
ive been doing something very similar to this for about 6 weeks now and have gotten real good results. i wish he had gone into further depth on how stimulate hormone increases. its my understanding that doing my extremely high rep sets per muscle every 3 lifts will help to increase growth hormone.
