If you train with dumbells and you complete your sets doing both arms simutaneously, try this:
at failure(working both arms simutaneously), take a deep breath and being unilateral movement with yuor dominant arm.....and then simply alternate until failure....it allows you to squeeze out a couple of extra reps per arm, thereby extending the set and increasing intensity.
