you have a really solid base to work with, just get a good program with the right diet and you will be jacked in no time.

you have nice shaped muscles and would seem to pack on muscle quite easily...
5'9" @ 202lbs right now, midcycle with 3 weeks to go. I would like my biceps to be bigger. Right now they are 17.4" flexed. I am scared to start dieting, I don't want to shrink down.
I remember the last time I had abs, how much work it took and how much ephedrine lol. Hopefully this time I can control my diet better and not have to kill myself doing as much cardio.
