what do you think of this:

I was reading the Nov. 2004 issue of planet muscle magazine. And I read this: It said you can make a meal out of 1 cup bush's beans, and 1 oz. almonds. The article stated it has everything needed to make up a complete meal.

420 calories, 18 gr. protein, 48 gr. carbs. It did not however list the fat content

Is this ok to do ?

Thanks !!!

Your goals are building muscle. This seems like a bad idea. Maybe it is a complete meal, but is it a GOOD meal? Is it the BEST choice for your goals? I think no.

Stop overanalyzing everything. You are looking WAY WAY to deep into things. Stop looking for SO many alternatives. Pick one method and stick with it for 4-6 weeks. THEN re-evaluate your progress.

k protien grams = 4 cals
carb grams = 4 cals

72 +192 = 264
-420 = 156 cals of fat
:9 = alittle over 17 grams of fat

you decide

moreso it translate to 46% carb 37% fat and 17% protien

my vote: forgetaboutit!

There are people on here that just eat ANPB. Define OK.
the anpb diet actually works for some peeps
mr x was a genius when he detailed it some months ago

mind you it is a diet and not supposed to be a life style

I think you can go with this meal from time to time

certainly not on a regular basis

BTW, why do we call those variety of beans "bush" ?

I would imagine they mean Bush's brand beans.
