I will be doing DNP in a couple of months and have so far gathered this info:
- 200mg a day dose
- Don't take after 6:00pm
- EAT FRUIT to keep liver replenished!
- eating high carb foods WILL increase heat sensation within an hour
- DON'T eat carbs late at night (night sweats)
- keep protein high for muscles sake
-
"Oatmeal - high-fiber foods are necessary. You'll find out why around, oh, day 5 or so. Trust me".
- use R-ALA
- NO ALCOHOL
- benadryl

if anyone can add anything to that list whether it be from personal experience or just something you have read it would be much appreciated, thanx in advance!

I take my dnp right at bedtime, that way the worst of the sweats happen when you are sleeping

what would you suggest with the R-ALA, say take about 600mg a day spaced out in 6 caps every couple of hours or just take them like I normally would with all my carbs?

can someone briefly explain what half-life means, is just the amount of time it works/lasts?
Would R-ALA be enough or can you recommend any other anti-oxidants?!?!

R-ALA: 600mgs/day(Both fat an water soluble. Phosopholipid)

Vit. E(fat soluble anti-oxidant): 1200IU's/day
Vit. C(Water Soluble): 1000mg/day

R-ALA also recycles used up Vit.E and Vit. C.

And Quercetin: 3000mgs/day for rash prevention. Benadryl makes you VERY drowsy. Quercetin does not.

ok, I already drink about 2 gallons of water a day anyway so that shouldn't be much of a problem, should I just take multi-vitamins to get my vit. E and vit. C or should I get them on their own?

p.s. what's Quercetin, is it similar to Benadryl?

Thanx!!!!
