a question for people who know abotu DNP.

As long as the cycle is kept to under 7 days. You have enough free plasma T3 to float around for those 7 days, and the next 7 days.

After, that DNP's feed-back loop involving the T4-T3 conversion in the liver starts. Due to the extreme heat the process basically almost shuts down, and you're left with almost no Free T3 in your blood. And consequently your body temperature drops to about 35.6C (96.1F).(Sometimes less)

So, if you're cycle go past the 7 day barrier add 25-50mcg/day of T3 if on 400mg/day.(The dosage of T3 depends on your BW: <180 = 25mcgs/day >180 50mcgs/day).
 
I will be running it for 10 days, as it is my first time with DNP, it will probably look something like this:
-200mg
-200mg
-400mg
-400mg
-400mg
-400mg
-400mg
-400mg
-400mg
-400mg

so should I add the T3 at day seven or right from the start?

- 200mg / first 2 days the 400mg / last 8 days (might go to 600mg)
- EAT FRUIT to keep liver replenished!
- eating high carb foods WILL increase heat sensation within an hour
- eat carbs late at night = night sweats
- keep protein high for muscles sake

p.s. how much potassium should I be getting daily and are there set times I should be taking all this stuff or does it not matter as long as I get it daily?

I only used T3 with one of my DNP cycles because it seemed like with in a week of losing the weight and stopping the T3 I gained a few pounds back quick and i was still eating clean. All of my cycles are usually under 14 days so that could be why I never really needed it but my last one was 3 weeks and I didn't lose any weight the last week...I am thinking this was because of the T3???
 
just to clarify, If my cycle is 10 days should I take the T3 from the start of the cycle until the end or just start taking it on the 7th day until the end?
 
I dont feel that ALA is neccesarry. I go with 400mg a day DNP (dont use crystal) and drop the benadryl and use quercertin (it stops the histaine response from starting). 10-14 days of that and you will see results. Just keep hydrated and use all needed anti-os.

DNP works in the ETC not allowing the 32 ATP to be made so your body trys to compensate by burning more fat to get the 4 ATP through the other routes. Nords got it.

Na and K channels opening simultaneously? Wouldnt that fuck up how our nerves work severley? I dont think DNP works throught this method, but rather through what nordstom mentioned.
 
sorry for digging this old thread back up but I will be starting the DNP cycle from tomorrow, I have no T3 so it will be only 7 days, heres how it looks so far:

DAY 1 - 200mg
DAY 2 - 200mg
DAY 3 - 200mg
DAY 4 - 200mg/400mg
DAY 5 - 200mg/400mg
DAY 6 - 200mg/400mg
DAY 7 - 200mg/400mg

* evenly space out dosages.
* eat lots of FRUIT.
* 2 gallons of water per day.
* 25mg - 75mg EPHEDRA.
* 200mg - 400mg CAFFEINE.
* 1000mg R-ALA, with food.
* 1500mg MAGNESIUM.
* 2000mg VITAMIN C.
* 1000iu VITAMIN E
* 1 IRON tab.
* 1/2 POTASSIUM GLUCONATE tab.
* 3000mg TAURINE.
* 3000mg QUERCETIN.
* multi-vitamin daily.
* take benadryl at night to help sleep.
