A mild cycle would be a great aid to anyone. However, drugs are absolutely secondary to proper nutrition, good excercise, discipline, genetics.

We have all those things in place. Male meso(primarly) 6', 213lbs, training 2 years, 19 yrs, great genetics, absolute dedication.

exactly which is why the Anabolics are moot .

We had competitors who are Clearly ON say that it does not matter if he was ON or OFF ( the young man) do to the Net weight gain.

There was a 12 total of pounds gained
and almost everyone can do that Naturally in time and they can have that "look" so long as they stay Lena or Get leaner.
 
I need to change my diet. Im eating like crap, but i don't have to much bf.

I respect your decission not to discuss your trainees more personal aspects of his program. I wish you well in phase two, another 12 lbs would be a nice goal. THen I will be very interested in looking at your training regime. cheers, nz
