Iron Addict is a great influence to my new outlook on training. He and Doggcrapp over at animalkits are true iron bro's. I am all about low volume with all out intensity. I used to train with rediculously high volume going nowhere...why?... cause I was over training. Great post dumbells150.
BUMP...I have totaly changed my workout methods and mentality for almost 6 weeks now....2 effects of this type of training that i have clearly noticed is 1. I feel much more full 24/7 2. My strength is progressing nicley...What more can i ask.
This one is going on my refrigerator he he... Nice fuckin post, I am definetly looking at my training technique a little different now. 20 reps of squats, I could just feel my legs growin'!!!
