A little Help

Ok so i am 25yrs old and am about 5' 10" and weight 160lbs. I am pretty thin and have just RECENTLY started to go to the gym. It has been about a week.

I am looking to take some gear in capsule form to help me build up and also get cut.

is there any suggestions you guys can give me? Thanks!
 
I wouldn't use anything at this point, especially since you just started. You still don't even know how to lift properly.

Instead, read up on training, watch how-to videos on sites like exrx.net, lift heavy, and EAT A LOT.
 
It is pretty hard to build and cut at the same time. I would start out by bulking. Are you taking a multi and 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight minimum. That's a good place to start. You also want to be lifting heavy. Maybe also hire a trainer to teach you how to lift - and make sure he/she has a physique like you are striving for.
 
Yea i first posted that up and then realized i should read up first.

I was wondering if something like NO2 Shotgun, would help me out, on thursday i will find out my body fat, and i need to start eating clean and healthy.

But is there anything that is NOT anabolic and would help out a newbie before getting into gear?
 
creatine is a good way to go man. needtobuildmuscle.net has some creatine mono that's cheap you should check it out
 
The above is spot on ,Eat Foods that build muscle ,Pm me and i'll help ya with diet and training, but i hate to tell you there is no magic in a pill.
 
I'd take Gear from Needtobuildmuscle.com for some good protein. Go to that site and check out the products, I think you can find some good products that will help you get started.
