A couple years ago I seperated my sternum in an accident and my upper chest is very far behind

I can't really do incline w/o my left shoulder killing me..

what are some excercises I can do to build this shit up?

my right side has the strength still.

How about incline flyes? Or dumbell shoulder press with some extra arch?

I tried incline flyes but can't do them.. I can do them fine w/ the right arm but my left arm just is so lacking.. I'm trying to see if maybe a machine that keeps the movement static would help

Hmm wouldn't the best thing for your upperchest overall performance be to get that left shoulder back up to peak condition?

I don't know if it will ever be the same but, that I would assume alot of rotator cuff training could really help your shoulder.

I'm no doctor, nor am I professional, just an opinion.

it's not really my shoulder.. i don't know the name of the muscle.. its in front of my delt.. like my upper bi but wraps towards my tri.. it's hard to explain.. it's the muscle that works w/ incline :p

Then may I suggest dumbbell front raises to build up your left anterior delt?
