i changed from barbell presses, (flat, incline and military) to DB presses cuz i hurt my right arm... so i did:
flat DB - 12, 10, 5x5
incline DB 10, 8, 6, 4
dips - 3x12
BB shrugs - 3x15
behind back shrugs - 3x12
forearm work
i havent changed up my chest routine in 9 months, i got the best pump/workout in my life
plus i think the change is better, now i get a chance to work parts of my chest i never have.
on thursday i will do:
chest + delts
Incline DB - 5x5
weighted dips - 1x10 (bw), 3x8
DB military - 3x8
upright row - 3x12/4x6-8
but watch out, cuz when my arm heels, im gonna hit 405... before i got injured i did 355
