A lift to take care of this?

One-arm snatch

Great lift. Remember that the weight moves upward in a straight line (shortest distance between two points) and you move your body under the weight. It is not a swinging motion. You should be able to build up weight fast as at first it is all technique.

The lift looks good, but I am not really a one arm lift fan. I don't like doing a lift with one hand and then the other, I want to be in and out of the gym as fast as possible.

I would relaly like to learn cleans though, I tried them with light weights, but could never get my form.

why don't you just do olympic cleans.... form may not be perfect but i believe it will still benefit a lifting enthusiast.

I was doing cleans from the floor, but my form was horrible, I believe I posted a video way back when.

Eventually I;d like to try it again when I get bored/ need a rest from dead lift.

i vaguely recall that you lacked explosion.... was too slow. work on it with light weights concentrating on explosive action then graduate to heavier weights.

I wasn't getting under the bar soon enough, and not going low enough.

Update:

I BB rows, one armed rows, and close grip pull downs with my workout today. It felt great, I could definately feel it between my shoulder blades.

You will definitely build thickness in your upper back with these lifts.

just pick one row variation, and do your deadlifts.

If you want to save your legs for another day, do them in the power rack (from below knee height, above knee height is pointless for anything but grip work)
