A lift to take care of this?

My back looks like complete shit. I dont know if this is just how I am built or if there is a way to get rid of the way my shoulder blades stick out?

Simple mass will help fill that out! I would do rows, T-Bars, close grip pull downs/Pullups. Lifts that add thickness and mass!

Heavy deads once a week and Rows form the floor @ 90deg will put mass on your entire back back.
 
I do believe deads are king but you should add the clean and the snatch (power versions if you can not do the oly lifts).
 
In my opinion hang cleans should be used as a support lift to build bigger cleans. Cleans or power cleans will allow you to lift heavier weight and require a longer pull working the body more than hang cleans. A good split would be to do cleans on dead days and snatch on squat days. The short and easy of back training is to lift heavy weight from the floor and repeat.
