A Lean Mass Cycle that I created. Thoughts?

Hello Everyone,

My last 2 cycles of (200mg Test/ 200mg Deca) and (200mg Test/200mg Tren/200mg Deca) both resulted in unpleasant water retention and fat gains. I did get bigger... but what's the point of getting big underneath a layer of water and fat? I don't want to do a bulking phase followed by a cutting one. I've been doing a lot of research... and have put together this cycle in an attempt to achieve moderate but solid gains, without many side effects. What do you all think?

Deca 250mg/week (Weeks 1-12)
TestE 100mg/week (Weeks 1-14)
Anavar 15mg/day (Weeks 1-12)
WhinnyPill 10mg/day (Weeks 4-14)

I also plan on taking 250IU of hCG every 4 days during the cycle, and nolvadex if I notice any gyn. side effects.

Post Cycle Therapy
hCG 2000IU every other day for 20 days
Clomid 30 days
Nolva 45 days

deca and test e are about as far from "lean" mass as you can get--even at low doses and with AIs.

"lean" mass is test prop, tren ace, mast, equipoise, primo (var/winny if you do any orals)

12 weeks of Tren Ace at 300mg per week, test Prop at 300mg per week, Masteron at 300mg per week with 60mg ed of Var for the first and last 4 weeks, , maybe some proviron too if you wanted.

I think your dosages are rather low. you produce roughly 60mg of natural test per week so 100mg is just gonne be a waste of money IMO. You want to put on some size and not worry about water, do 40mg ed of d bol weeks 1-4, Test E at 500mg per week, Deca at 400mg per week, run for 12 weeks and eat like an animal. Diet is what decides how much water or fat you put on for the most part. You could throw in some var for the last 4 weeks of that cycle to harden up a bit, remember to have a good pct with several compounds including unleashed, milk thistle, liv52 possibly, mens miltivitims, hcg, clomid/nolva possibly etc... run arimidex for the entire cycle and pct to minimalize estrogen conversion and reduce water retention.

ya thats true sorry i got excited lol.

disregard what i just said son, that was meant for a mature experienced AAS user with lots of cycle history and knowledge. Lets see some stats then we will talk.
 
thats what i was thinking man! low dose test e and deca? two of the worst compounds for aromatazation and water renention, and winny with var is alotta dht that will just make him bald, and confuse the hell out of his receptors with two bulking and two cutting agents.

-thats if he is of proper age with a decent cycle history and bf percentage, if all his stats checkout-

Here are my stats:
24, 150lbs, 5'9, and have been training since I was 16. My BF is at 5%.
 
5% body fat huh? what happened to all the fat and water weight you gained? you ran deca twice and have 5%? why am i not believing this...

also... your idea of a cutting cycle is completely fucked... deca and test e, like everyone else said, is not even close to a cutting cycle... i mean deca is a fucking known bulker... i am lost all the way around here...
 
I'm still learning and you said test e and deca put on fat and water weight?? Why would you run the same cycle? And how did you get fat does your diet suck too? All I can say is more research and learn from your mistakes, everyone's not designed the same, but if deca and test e put weight on you and you want to cut? Why do the same cycle?

It's as far from a "lean" cycle as possible and the shittiest PCT I can think of.
 
you got bigger and now are a whopping 150 pounds? how much did u weigh when you started 120? 115?

juicing at 120 pounds, i bet there are thousands of guys out there doing the same thing.


Ha! Missed that part. Yeah, it's very important to maintain leanness when you're 150 pounds! lol! Funniest thread of the month.
 
ya man if your 5.9ft i would wat til your at least 185+ before injecting. a cutting cycle has a very good low cal low carb diet with low water intake, with injectable and oral cutting drugs like eq, primobolan, masteron, tren, test p, var, winstrol, possibly halo, ephedrine, whatever it may be. test e is a bulker and will put on water just like deca, d bol, a bombs etc...
 
Its better to try test e or sust and tren e for lean bulk. In my opinion the trick is keep the tren a little higher than test so water retention from test is not caught between muscle and skin. you will get the tight/vascular skin from tren. You need to watch your diet too much carbs will lead to that one chunk bloaty look
