Oxycalm – 2 sprays each nostril 1-3 X daily as needed
Cardio Breeze – 2 caps pre AM workout
Dandelion Root – 3 caps 1-3 X a day (added 9/9/06 in the PM, May cycle off this in 2 weeks, not sure how to dose it just yet, NOT at full dose)

Happy Sunday everyone!!! I spent all morning & early afternoon cleaning & cooking. Got to start kitchen last night then again this morning, vacuum, mopped all ceramic floors… etc. Both bathrooms are spotless, I am so proud of myself. The two bedrooms still need some work :rolleyes:. Looks like I’m going to push Leg day II until tomorrow morning. I am going to hit the couch & chill the rest of the day, I am BEAT. The day of rest will def. help after hitting it hard last 3 days in a row. Enjoy what’s left of the Day!!! :heart:

• 4.5 oz Fit n easy chicken (NEW BATCH :chomp: )
• Medium Sweet Potato
• 1 Cup Broccoli florets
• 1 Cup green beans with dash sea salt
• Diet Pepsi over
