Meal # 4:
• 2 Whole Large Eggs / 5 Egg Whites (dash Sea Salt)
• 1 Cup Oatmeal with 4 packets Splenda & Cinnamon
basically eat this like 5x on the weekends lol... one of my fav meals. going to try it this weekend with whole wheat pancakes and sugar free maple syrup....
