On Chest day flat bench
I usually warm up with the bar a few sets and then pyramid my way up with sets of 12 until I reach my working weights then do 3 sets at working weight (405) for sets of 8 then I will drop down a wheel and rep out. I don't plan on going any higher then this other than increasing reps and dropping down and increasing my rep sets.
I do the same for my other exercises which are Dumbell Incline and dumbell Incline fly then I finish off with cable flys.
I have been cycled on and off for years but have been on a steady base of test and growth for the last few years. The only time I have come off of that was about 9 months ago for three months while I had hernia surgery. I usually do 2 big cycles a year then go back to my steady base of test and growth. I get my self checked and watched through my doctor and my nutritionalist consistantly. My ldl/hdl always raises while on my big cycles but then comes back down afterwards through diet and exercise and lots of omegas and krill oil.
