my current split is:
M: quads/shldrs
T: Back/forearms/calves
W: Abs
Th: Bi/tri
Fr: hams/calves
problem so far is that when Monday comes, my legs are still shot from Friday and I do not have enough left to really train that day the way I should. I really like splitting up my leg workouts this way (first time) so I need to restructure the days so this doesn't happen. My only concern when doing this is that I definitely don't want to have back day (deads) right before squat day as my back will be shot. any suggestions?
