A bite from a black widow can kill you. My cousin's friend stayed at their house one night and got a black widow bite... she was paralzyed in the hospital for several days. Luckily my uncle found the spider, so they knew what bit her and how to treat her. Before he found it no one knew what was wrong with her.

I'd get rid of those spiders if I was you.

If you are THAT worried about killing them, just get a giant container and scoop up the entire web... then take the container outside and leave it somewhere...

I had a spider problem in my highrise one time... I had like 30 spiders that would bounce on their webs when you got too close... they were pretty large... but never came near me... I'd have to scoop them all up in a glass and take them out ot the room to the service stairway.. .LOL -- there must have been like 100 spiders in there before the exterminator came and sealed my windows with some spray.

what sort of place are they in? if possible without damaging stuff take the oppurtunity to practise your shooting skills. with an airgun if have to. they blast apart real nice when you shoot them
