So I am running into a problem here. The more I read the more confused I get. I am looking at starting a test e only cycle for my first go. I was only planning on running 250 mg ew. I want to run a minimum dose as possible but I still want to see solid gains. I have read several threads sayin running low dose test like I am planning provides quality keepable gains. (Especially for first timers) I have also read that takin anything under 500 mg ew is a more or less a waste. Any input?
