Excellent pics. Excellent work to you guys too. From the thread title, should I assume it was your birthday?

Happy Birthday man.

Bfold it almost looks like you have abs in the pic of you flipping a tire but we all know with the amount of food you eat that couldn't be true;)

...that is just insane.....can you give a short descrip. of how low is your bottom position

Speaking of GMs ... I really want to do these. But every time I attempt them, the bar digs itself into my neck. If I do anything heavy, it's gonna lop my head off. How is good form perfected?

I turned 25 on Sunday. I guess that you can say that it was a Sunday that I will remember for a long time...

Abs? Well...they are there...just under a small layer of fat...

Hmmmm...I am not really for sure. I will measure either this afternoon or on Wednesday when I do my box squats. I know that it was deep enough and I am not for sure if I could have gone lower and still had an arch...

Everyone else that did them looked pretty deep doing them...and I was the tallest one there...

so what did you get for yuor b-day?

My parents gave my conan's wheel a few weeks ago as an early present. brian747478 and Night Fly both gave me a card...

I'd rather spend time with my friends than get a present...

Awesome photos b fold. I've always had lots of respect for people who compete in strongmen comps. It takes insane amounts of real world strength to be able to do those types of events. I remember watching one competition on ESPN that had a bodybuider. He was super muscular, and my friend said he would kill everyone else. I just laughed, and told him to watch and see. The bodybuilder got his ass handed to him by the strongmen.

That was all a truly eye opening experience. I really enjoyed it though. I feel bad now since I didn't get you a card b fold, since everyone else did. I had a good time doing events though, and am looking forward to doing them again this week, :) .
