Does this look ok for 9 weeks of training? sorry don't have any before pics.

Well kinda hoped you could of used your imagination...i've only been bodybuilding for 9 weeks...9 weeks ago there was hardly any muscle at all.
I wish I had of taken before shots...but unfortuantly when I started I didn't think I would end up getting the erge to show my progress to this forum.
 
def have a good base to go off of. Which my base wasn't so damn lurpy. even a lank like me has been able to put on substantial mass in a short amount of time. Back last december I was 178lbs at 15% body fat. Now I'm 213 at 11%.
 
were you curling first? that curl bar in the background might be a dead giveaway. cant judge you all pumped up.

Nope i didn't pump up before the pic..that barbell is still sitting right behind me...this room is where i have all my weights equipment..and besides my arms only ever gain an extra quarter of an inch when pumped...hardly any difference at all.
 
I call bullshit. There is no way you have been bodybuilding for 9 weeks only with no prior expeerince in bodybuilding and look this "built"

Thanx for the complement..and to answer your question..no i'm not an athlete footballer or wrestler..i've been pretty inactive..for the last lot of years..i just give up smoking 4 months ago,smoked for 21 years...i don't have any big secret either i just eat well and train hard.
