Not to piss in your cheerios, because you're a good looking guy, but anyone who isn't 300 pounds and missing a limb gets 9.9 on Hotornot.

Well, not everyone, but I'd say 75% of chicks and 50% of dudes. I had a 9.9 when I was 19, like three years ago. May have changed the way they tally since then or something.

hot or not normalizes scores.. if you look at your graph you will notice the true average is closer to 8 then to 10.

Dude when you can stay in great shape in your late 30s, come back and talk to me. I use to be able to eat subs after midnight in my 20s and still stay at 8%...takes no big effort whatsoever.

I'm turning 33 this year. I do zero cardio. I let my diet do the work.
I'm not really sure if you are talking about me or khemix. My point would be this though. How many guys do you see on this site that are actually under 10% for real. A lot say they are but aren't.

I totally agree. Being under 10% doesn't make anyone a badass. Being 260 doesn't either. Thats how much I would wiegh if I had 15% body fat.

My point is the kid looks good. Everyone is bashing him. Why? If you don't think someone looks good you pitty them. So there has to be a hint of jealousy about something with some of the people on here.

I also agree with MightyMouse that you young guys have higher metabolic rate , so this is probably the main reason you are the size your are. As I advised you lots of physical activity will increase your metabolic rate, so try to sit down more.

1. I didn't know the picture was being taken until i looked up and my mom (lol) was taking it.

2. You dumbass its a pushmower with with two grab handles - one for the front wheel movement, one to shut the mower off. Notice the thumb grab handle is still pulled it, where the front grab handle is released, meaning the front wheels weren't pulling it, I was pushing it.

Skinny, depends on opinion. 180lbs @ 5-6%bf could be skinny to you, but not to me. I eat 4-5k cals a day. Its my metabolic rate and there is nothing I can do about it. If I eat less than 3500 cals I lose weight.

I do mostly light workouts now and just go heavy maybe a few times a month but i am also clean.I lost twenty pounds in the last year(218 lbs now) after i stopped the test and deca.All i'm saying is be more humble and don't let the haters fuck with your head.
