due to some fucked up situation on saturday, due to a friend, I missed training day and I also missed event day on sunday. this mean I had to be that f*cking guy again and do chest/bis today
Incline 220 5x5 taking some advice from my brother I touched chest below clavicles and went up really smooth
Flat Bench 205 3x8 felt easier than last week, tris are getting stronger abd conditioning is helping
Incline Pause press 135 2x10, full 2 sec pause on chest and then press
Flat bench pause press 135 2x10 full 2 sec pause on chest and then press, this was hard but felt good
Cable bar curl; 50lbs 3x8
reverse preacher curl 15/side 3x10
Olympic curls 75 2x10
all in all a great day, strength is going up, all weights were relatively easy, but form was good
. BTW measured my arms today before workout 16.75". Pretty good for a guy who hates bi work, lol
