due to some fucked up situation on saturday, due to a friend, I missed training day and I also missed event day on sunday. this mean I had to be that f*cking guy again and do chest/bis today:mad:

Incline 220 5x5 taking some advice from my brother I touched chest below clavicles and went up really smooth

Flat Bench 205 3x8 felt easier than last week, tris are getting stronger abd conditioning is helping

Incline Pause press 135 2x10, full 2 sec pause on chest and then press

Flat bench pause press 135 2x10 full 2 sec pause on chest and then press, this was hard but felt good

Cable bar curl; 50lbs 3x8

reverse preacher curl 15/side 3x10

Olympic curls 75 2x10

all in all a great day, strength is going up, all weights were relatively easy, but form was good ;) . BTW measured my arms today before workout 16.75". Pretty good for a guy who hates bi work, lol
 
Chest and biceps once again? Whats up bro nice workout, hope you can make it next Sunday we definetely missed your intensity.... you better make up for your abcense with some fucking intensity
 
sorry bout your luck man...but you had a hellova workout...damn u have a strong incline..hopefully ill be there some day;)
 
Good workout man. On the inclines, are you doing the 5X5 like needsize style or to failure?

liftbig, I reall hate to be that guy but when I losta day I had to do it, got to keep on schedule

King my INcline is down a lot right now, I am sacrificing power for form, cause in the long run I will stronger and less prone to injury

don't worry about it, more fuel for the fire, goal is to get to 255 in 7 weeks, might get in in four though :) , need more tri strength

right above clavicles, harder on my shoulders now that I think of it. I sue to bounce a little due to akward positioning. Got a tip from a friend to tape a few popsicle sticks to my shirt right wehre I place the bar,if I bounce the weight they will break, If I lower the bar gently they won't break. might try it ;)
