8th week on primo

8th week on primo.... pics progress

Hey everyone..

Okay so I did the photoshoot yesterday.. we took over 850 pics so I didn't go through them.. But I brought a couple home just reference for now... I am barely wearing make-up so be nice these pics were more to see how my body is photographing...


I have the habit of taking my best photos at the end of the day when I get a bit tired so if any of those pic will be used for anything I will let you guys know...

I am still about 5-10 pounds away from playboy I think... My lower half still is not photographing well.. I thought my tan was darker but it didn't show up in the pics so back to the tanning bed... grrr....

I will be doing another beach shoot in a week in a half... so cardio... its time to step it up!! and the playboy shoot date has been set from a month yesterday so.... 4 weeks to get these legs into shape!!! My concern is as always that my upper body is to lean... but as you can tell if I am not flexing it is not that noticeable..

OKAY helpful suggestions PLEASE!!!!!

OH and these are RAW pics so my bruses etc... are there deal with it.. natural is better anyways...

You're pictures look great. How many times a week are you tanning? I'm Italian so I get dark by going 3x a week. Other people require a lot more (5-7x). Oh, and don't tan the day before a shoot either. You need a good 24 hrs to let your skin "settle". It'll give you a more natural look. Awesome job.
 
Well as if you didnt know you look GREAT, your stomach looks amazing nice detail.


The last pic is the best IMO.

Keep up the hard work, it is definattly showing!
 
A couple of things here:
1: How many guys would like to wake up to someone that looks this good without her makeup on in the morning?? HMMMMM...
2: I vote for the 2nd pic, by far the best look of your physique!!!
3: Fire up that eliptical trainer in the morning girl; and get it going!! I think that everyone has agreed in the past about your impressive physique, and the bunnies are going to have the locks changed when you show up!! Keep it up!!!

yeah, the 2nd and the last are the best for sure...

They all look good but i'm partial to #1. Hot pics!
 
I think your lower body looks great. In my opinion it looks better than your upper body if anything. What kind of look are you looking for in your lower body? I would hate to see you change what you have, you look so great. Most of those Playboy girls are either anorexic or bulemic anyhow, and I would bet many of them hardly lift weights at all.
 
Why are you taking primo? you are obviously a beautiful woman with a great body. Just wondering what your goals are. Seems like you could do this without drugs or maybe something milder.

primo is pretty mild bro..... she may have been able to do it without the primo but it would have taken her much much longer and in the world of modeling that just doesnt cut it.
 
A word of advice... Im no expert when it comes to Playboy, but I know that they look for very specific things when they pic their girls for the magazine, so you want to make sure you "fit the mold" physically. I didnt read over your cycle, etc., but dont try to come in too cut or muscular because they normally go against that. But if you've already got an official test shoot set up with them then you're well on your way since you know you at least have the look they like. Then it all comes down to how you photograph.

WOW you guys!! thank you... you guys are way to kind!!! the best photos were at the end of the day.. as the sun was coming down the water started coming in over the rocks those pictures are beautiful on a photographic level so they might be used for something... I wil let you guys know.. but your words are so KIND thank you...

but now for the ADVICE!!!

silver suggested that I start doing some sprints... I have added that in and I am also doing hiit... some of the ladies actually think I should put on more mass on my legs which I guess I really dont see myself because I always thought my legs were huge in portion to my upper body.. what do you guys think.. in terms of symmetery.. Should I bulk up the legs or lean them down?

Okay well as some know I have already done playboy and this is my second time around with them... my first test shoot I was around 10 % and they told me to lose the muscle... so I have been though the whole eating disorder etc... and this time around I am letting my body do what it wants... I did a bulking cycle this past fall and now I am cutting to show my results... If playboy says I am too muscular than fuck em.. I have already done it so at this point I really dont care... I am healthy, and happy and that is all that really matters...

Plus I have friends in the fitness world and I think my body is better suited there...

I am taking the primo to keep the muscle that I worked so hard to get... I dont want to lose anything during my cutting.. I have actually gained some...

PRIMO IS THE BEST!!! I would recommend it to any girl that is looking to cut and keep her muscle like me... I have had NO SIDES, and my strength has gone through the roof...

thank you so much!!! I personally think playboy needs to get away from the skinny fat look that they have been going for... but that is just my opinion... but when they bring in the famous ladies that are ripped I think they look the best.. but what can you do...

First off you look great, but you are looking for suggestions and advice. I would have to agree with some of the girls that think you should bring up your legs to achieve true symmetry. Again you look great and I'm really being picky about your legs but thats a bber's mentality you can always work on yourself. :p

I agree with flex2win do it for YOU not for anybody else.

You have to make yourself happy before you can make other people happy.

As long as you can look in the mirror and know in your heart you gave it 110% then you can be happy with the results.

Not everybody can be perfect many of us are not including myself but when i look in the mirror I know i tried my best and I am happy with the way i look.

I do it for me, the compliments are a NICE 2 though

thank you everyone so much.... and of course first and foremost this is for myself... I didn't work this hard just for some stupid magazine that I already did... I really don't care if they like me or not... this past year has been the best of my life... I have learned a lot about myself and I learned to deal with my eating disorder... That is probably my greatest accomplishment to date... I have realized that I am striving for perfection.. But aren't we all..... And I am going to come as damn near close to it as possible.. I PROMISE myself that!!!
 
I cannot see that you need to add leg mass at all, your legs look in proportion to your upper body. It is hard for me to tell what you calves look like in the photos, maybe add a little there?
You say this is your second time around with Playboy? What happend the first time? They must see something they like in you to have you back for more photos. They probably want you to stop lifting weights and just do a bunch of cardio I bet. Most of those models look like toothpicks. I am glad to see that you got over the eating disorder problem you had, I bet that was a real bitch. You look really healthy now, if they don't like the way you look, screw em! Like you said, there will be a place for you in the fitness industry. Being a fitness model probably isnt as lucrative, but it will get you more respect I would think.

I can't stand so many of those models. Im like you and would much rather have a girl like courtneybcca. I remember seeing some footage of a playboy model on TV, and she was eating dinner. The girl's dinner was a big bowl of icecream, thats it.
 
Your attitude is great! You have to do it for yourself, everything else is secondary. That said, you look phenomenal! I think everything looks pretty well in proportion. They want you to get leaner? If your bodyfat is down to 10% you will look pretty hard with the amount of muscularity you have. I am more of a fan of the fitness look myself. BTW, congrats on overcoming the eating disorder. That is a HUGE accomplishment! I don't think people realize how serious it is until someone close to them is torn down by it, I have seen it happen. Keep up the good work!

You do look great just how you are already though and by the looks of your pics your going to do just fine.

Why don't you just publish all the pics you took in one big coffee table book & forget the Playboy? Well get to see them faster & we'll see more. Cut out the middle man. :artist:

heehee wouldn't that be nice... you boys are making me think about re-opening my site again... and I never thought I would even consider it... thank so much....

and just to add.. I think I am around 15% now my veins in the forearms are popping and the top two abs are now offically here to stay and the next two are noticeable in the morning.... woo hoo!!!

muscle mag here I come!!!!

Personally, I think u r being too hard on yourself! IMHO you're ready for that Play Boy shoot right now! Your curves look great and u r evenly proportioned.

you know, women are lucky they dont have to hear the, "are using steroids" thing from every living soul...not that steroids ar ethe only thing that got u to where u are but u get the point
 
Not really true.. i only did a really short var 5 weeks back in october and i still get it when i go out :worried: i'm not big just cut..

People don't have alot of understanding for working out if they are not into it

That is very true, even more so if you are a woman. Women who are lean kind of have it rough when it comes to encounters with people who are ignorant about the gym. It's almost taboo for a woman to have muscle. Guys feel very threatened by it too, with the exception of guys who are serious in the gym. Keep doing what you do!

Exactly! You gotta do it for you, if it makes you happy then go for it. You don't need to explain or defend yourself to anyone. I am only 230 pounds, but I feel like I get judged and stereotyped constantly. It's their loss.

I get it from new people that I meet. Its somewhat annoying. I just tell them to keep an eye on what I eat and how often. That plus I don't take days of at the gym and I know what I am doing there.
Its a stigma for both men and women...

That's very true, new people always seem to be shocked. It's funny when people will say someone told them you worked out, but I didn't imagine you looked like this. That kills me everytime. I guess we get so used to seeing ourselves and measuring ourselves on a different scale we think nothing of our stature. There definitely is a stigma there, especially if you carry yourself well. I wouldn't change it for the world though. I think my favorite things about it are when an older person isn't intimidated and they speak to me, or when a little kid will look at you and light up.

hey Court, I dont think ya need to sweat it so much. 4 weeks to go and based on the regimen you are following you should be right about there in 30 days or so. Plus while you are tanning and such you'll lose a little extra water lying under the skin as welll which will tighten up the glutes and thighs....dont sweat it, you'll make it, you've been at it quite a while now, you're doing fine, just KEEP IT UP......you going the full 10 on Primo ??
 
well its 3 weeks now and everything is slowly coming together.. thanks indy.. I am actually doing 12 weeks of the primo... so I have 3 more to go.. Plus this friday is my b-day.. I am leaving for a shoot saturday morning so no fun for me.. so the major goal is june 20 and when I get there at 12% I have going to have a HUGE party!! heehee

I get the weird looks from women all the time and some of the trainers at my gym have asked what I am taking.... some people compliement me, some people tell me that I look like I have lost to much weight, and that I look sick (fucking stupid) while others say my muscles are starting to make me look manly..

I am finally at a point in my life that I can say fuck em... I have always had a battle with the scale because I have always had muscles and even though I could fit all my girlfriends clothes in highschool I had a good 20 pounds on most of them... But I never took in account that I played a shit load of sports, weight trained etc.. and they just shopped... I remember times when we would be discussing are weight and when I told them I weighted like 130-140 in grade 11 people thought I was lying.. But I assumed that it meant they thought I was fat... that fucked with me for years..

but for goodness sake I have almost 115 pounds of lean muscle. so there is a reason that my girlies were all under a 100 pounds and couldn't lift there textbooks.. you know...

I am just now FINALLY after years and years of fighting with my natural shape and curves letting my body do what it wants... So fuck em all if they don't like it... I am happy and that is all that matters...
 
That last sentence sums it up. You are happy and that's all that matters! It's very liberating to stop giving a shit about what people think about you, especially those who don't know you. I have had some problems with that in the past. Especially since my body has changed people judge the shit out of me. I can't believe how many times people say, "wow, he has a brain too". What, I have a physique so I couldn't possibly have intelligence or a personality? People are closed minded and narrow, fuck them, it's their loss. Their ignorance is costing them a chance to get to know a good person, you don't need their negativity and judgement. Believe in yourself beyond all else and keep smiling!

hey courtney, do u think u might try a gh cycle next time? i would think that u would get good results from that too. top notch booty by the way :artist:
