8 Weeks Out from the MuscleMania Canada Show

It looks like you pretty much should come in on time, you look around where I did at 8 weeks last time, and I ended up coming in leaner than anyone else. I actually have a top trainer this time, and she has different standards though.
I was in the same boat too, started at 260lbs, down to 212lbs now, and still not sure how much I have left to go. Next time it'll be nice having a trainer design my offseason diet too so I dont have to drop so much weight next time.
How long did it take you to drop from 240lbs to where you are at now?
Well i started dieting down for this show back in March, so its been about 7 months or 28 weeks! Crazy shit i never am going to do that again, from now on im only staying around 15-20lbs above contest weight..

Well i want to compete at around 185lbs next year if possible. So that would mean i would maybe get 15-20lbs heavier then my contest weight. So i would get up to around 205lbs this time.. Reason being is that my sponsor, wants me to stay pretty lean year round so i am available for more photo shoots etc.... I had to pass up so many opportunities with photo/fitness model shoots. Because i was way to fat last offseason.. This way if i only get 15lbs or so heavier, i can drop that weight pretty quick and get ready for a shoot etc.. Plus then it wont be so hard when it comes to my next contest prep.. On average you would want to get anywhere from 15-30lbs heavier then your contest weight for offseason.. Going up past 40-60lbs is just not necessary. I mean u are just basically getting over weight and fat when u get 40-60lbs over your contest weight..
lol your doing fitness modeling too?Damn lol thats too funny were a lot alike except my waist is bigger and my back smaller :worried:

Yeah bro I have some more pictures here they are.I think mainly the difference in our builds is that I have a wider waist bone structure and smaller back and you have a much better V-taper.But check these. The last one is actually from a modeling shoot.
