8 week cycle sustanon 250 need help please

This is my frist cycle have to get your cherry poped sometime. I'am 150 pounds 5,8 Iwanna do a 8 week cycle at 250 weekly. Here's the problam what days do i take it on??? how much to on them days i take? i got turkish sus 250 anyone ever try. thanks for the help and please give some more tips thanks again!
 
Bro - you need to do some more research. And why are you looking at doing a cycle when you only weigh a buck fifty? how long have you been training? How old are you?
 
You do not remotely know enough about anabolics yet to even consider doing a cycle. How old are you? And how long have you been training?
 
ok 250mg aweek do i need to split the shot up in the week or just do one dosage of 250mg for the week? the exp dates are good i'am 150 5,8 i been lifting for year ahalf i went from 130 to 150 in that time well i can't grow no more for months i been stuck at 150 i eat like a hog don't gain no weight. i have none to little fat and i need to bulk up. my brother is 215 pounds he's 23 i hate getting trow around like a rag doll need some weight!

Really dude, dont do it. You will probably stun your growth and since you probably are not fully grown you will miss out on a wider frame which usually comes around ur early 20's. When I started weightlifting I was thin and after a lot of basic reading I thought I knew everything. The fact was that I was doing too heavy weights, ate to little and the wrong stuff and had no clue of how my body responded.

After taking it more seriously for some 2-3 years I know my body better, much better nutrient knowledge and Im actually improving strength and bodycomposition at a rate which is acceptable. Im 22 now and wouldnt even consider even doin a cycle until I'm 24-25..if ever. I still have a lot of trial and error to do. Ive found out a few things along the way to where Im at now. Im really glad I didnt start juicin when I at your age. Please, for your own good, wait at least til ur 21. Gains will come´you just have to seek new information and try out new things. Patiens..... been stuck for a month aint long enuff to even consider juicing.

i know it is hard being kicked in the ass by ur bro. my bro is 34 and i am 23. before i became big, my bro used to beat my ass- specially bcoz i am 3inches taller than him and that bugged him. but now i am also 65lbs bigger than him- and no i didn't juice when i was 18- i started a few mths after my 21st b'day. i don't at all advise anyone to juice before 21- i know guys here who started at 15 and i think it is sheer lunacy. what i suggest before u even think of taking the plunge- do some research on growing naturally first- if u have reached a plateau it means u r not doing something right and AAS will help but not in the best possible way. some bros here may use 2-3g of AAS EW but that doesn't mean that they can't grow naturally. i don't fall into the 2-3 g category but i certainly know ways to train naturally and have even put on 2.5lbs a wk naturally sometimes.
 
You gained 20 lbs in a year from lifting and eating! That is really good. I would make some changes to the lifting routine and start incorporating a few more calories a day. Before you know it you will be growing again.

Also remember, if your trying to bulk keep the cardio to a minimum, get plenty of sleep and do NOT overtrain. Your body needs the recuperation time.

Leave the anabolics for a few more years.

im 170lbs 5 ft 7 29 yrs old. hit weights hard eod. cardio 30 mins eod. 150 grams protien ed. diet is in check and still have some unwanted body fat. i try to pay extra attention to chest but still consider my self having loose chest. i have 12 amps sustannon 250 , 100 x 5mg dianabol, 100 x 40mg clenbuterol, 30 x 50mg clomid and 30 x 20 mg nolvadex. was hoping for some guidence on how to knock this out, ive done some research and heres what ive come up with. 20mg dbol ed 4wks - 1 amp sustannon 250 a wk for 12wks -10 mg noladex ed. wait 3wks for pct but dont know how to dispurse clomid amount i have. thought about waiting to use clen few weeks int pct. looking for some input.
 
No one is going to give a 18 year old advice on how to take aas on this site. That is the rules. Any one braking them is subject to punishment.
