EQ alone will add quality muscle.BUT... it is slow. YOu must be patient. Diet is the key, increase your cals and protien intake.
EQ alone at 750mg per week should be nice. I would add 50-75mg of proviron ED, as EQ is a weak androgen and will not help much with libido, so once you are suppressed, your sex drive will be gone.
On top of libido, the provrion will help keep you harder, with less water retention!
