I started 21 days ago and am taking 75 var and 50 t3 ed and look flat and am losing strength? I was taking 1-1.25 grams of protein per body pound but bumped it up to 2x body pound and dont see any strength improvement!Total cals are about maintenance level or a bit higher. is my var
