i honestly think that genetics of every type of person has gotten worse since then,all the shit in the food we eat maybe?

just a theory i have,someone probably thought this before

its not genetic, but rather the way judges see the thing now. Arnold, Zane, Nubret and all these folks would definitely look small compared to Ronnie, Priest. Now the bigger, the better.

Dave Draper, Chuck Sipes (late 60's), Boyer Coe, Scott Wilson, Ed Corney, Bob Paris, Robby Robinson all looked great.
Frank Zane- looked great, but what the fuck is a guy that small doing winning the olympia? Hope the GQ look doesnt return.

Schwarzennegar, all the olympians up to Dorian looked great- I respect Dorian Yates' size, the man was huge- I have his training video- but the distended GH gut thing really detracts from it, as it does most of the current crop. Many amazing physiques out there- I'd take anyone of them over mine, GH gut and all, but still the big distended belly just doesn't make the current bbders mass achievements over the 70's bbders mass achievements worthwhile.

One guy with no GH gut who looks phenemenol- Lee Priest.

No one has or will ever look better than Sergio Oliva. He should have beat Arnold everytime. Has his waist-to-shoulder ratio been surpassed?

Do you think it has anything to do with all the preservatives in food now? Do you think it may have something to do with the hormones our government allows certain farmers to use on livestock?

Serge definitely was one of the best and I don't know if his ratio has been surpassed or not. That is a sick pic of him as well.
