7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

Thanks for asking It's going well... but after many of re-evaluating my goals. I decided to take the "slow boat to China" if you will.

So progress pics would show a difference... but i'm going for the BAM, holy shit.... effect, that should be happining by June at the latest. Probably May depending on different factors.

How's your bulking going?

updating time:

Still Clen Day 1: feeling quite jazzed up right now, very similar too adderall. I can sleep on adderall, so this should be fine.

After work (in about 20mins) going to do errands (syringe), some greens (veggies) at the grocery store, misc other stuff... then LIFT.

Chest day, probably triceps also and maybe a set of curls if I'm feeling ambitious (as I usually am).

Starting with the low dosage and ramping it up, and then tampering down as specified earlier... I have 2 weeks until Vacation... seeing what this will do to step it up a notch with lifting and diet.

After vacation, i'm probably take a few days off (or not, depends on what I decide during vacation)... keeping diet maintenace and as clean as humanly possible throughout... then diet hard until i'm at where I want to be for the warm summer months.

;) I'm not loosing any muscle!!! WOOT WOOT, probably putting a little on so far!

EDIT: My inflamed elbow ("tennis elbow") is coming back to haunt me... going to figure something out for that... maybe implement a glucosamine regimine and stay on it.

there is no need to taper down . . .

Update:

Day 2 Clen: 10 drops (20 mcg) .. but with the half life it's probably a little higher than that in my system right now.

On the prowl for a good quality and inexpensive digital scale (for foods), I've found a few so far... I'll show my choice once ordered.

Update Today:

Back workout last night was "nice" or "very good," not "great" though.

Only had a bar loaded up to 375lbs to work with for deads... threw some random "accesorie" equipment to weight it down some more. Did like 5 sets of I dunno... didn't even count.... just let it burn and put it down. My back feels like I worked it HARD last night, feels good though.

Oh Yeah.. Day 3 CLEN:

46mcg down the hatch this a.m. (a little more than I thought)
Jittery as hell most of the a.m. and afternoon.

NOTE: Take clen after Shaving in the morning! (Seems as though I'm pretty sensitive to this stuff) I love this stuff, I don't feel cracked out, but I know it's working... different from loading up on caffiene/ephedrine, ect.. different feel totaly so far.

Legs or Chest will get nailed tonight... depending on certain variables and time constraints. Training nonetheless will be going on!!!
