Alright fellow elite guys and gals myslef and sgtslaughter started a little comp between ourselfs at the beggining of the month to see who could have the best results due to thier training and diet. Now I would like everyone that is on a diet to join this to keep everyone motivated and have some friendly competition. This is how we will do it. Simply put a post on here with your basic info. Weight, Height, BF%, Basic Diet, workout routine, gear(if any), and have a picture of yourself in your gallery so that everyone can see where you are starting off at. Then at the 1st of may we will compare and vote on who had the best results. You will not win anything for this but the progress you made. Male, Female, fat(myself), skinny, I dont care you are more then welcome to join. welcomeSo now just POST! Ask myself or sgtslaughter if you have any ?

At the beggining of the month I started at

19 yo
205lbs-(Now 195)
19%BF

Currently bringing in approx 3200 Cals a day. 200G of protien,
60 G of fat.

I workout Mon-Fri
Mon:Chest
Tues: Tris & Bis -Cardio in AM on empty stomach
Wens: Back & Traps
Thurs: Legs
Fri Delts and anything else I forgot or feel I need to get.
Sat-Sun- Morning cardio- On empty as well

Supplments- Muscle Milk ED / Thermorexin ED/ PureCee on workout days/ Mult-V and Fish Oil ED. Thats about it.

Here's My Journal Basically... I updated it almost daily, sometimes multiple times.

Stats:
22 y/o
6'1"
194 ish lbs. last checked... have to check in the a.m. for more accurate answer there.
BF% est. = ??? ... you guys tell me, no clue... about an inch + fat on lower abs for sure.

I bulked up (fattly... didn't train or eat enough of the right foods) to 205.5 lbs

My scale is off, so these readings.... who the f^ck knows... We're going by photos anyway.

This is for the greatest Improvement to a Ripped/Cut/Skinnier "you."

... not I lost 100 pounds of muscle and fat.

Supplements:
multi vitamin
Gluc-r (when nessesary, left over from bulk basically)
Seasapure (when nessesary, ^^ same)
PureCEE
Liqui Clen (Day 1 is tomorrow)
Thermorexin (when off of Liqui Clen)

Diet consists of mainly:
Chicken breast
Lean Steak
Flounder filet
Salmon filet
Lettuce
Carrots
Rolled Oats
DWO (during workout shake, protein powder, gluatime, and gatorade powder)
Flax Seed
ANPB (all natural peanut butter)
Yams (SOON)

Training Style:

All out hardcore... Animal style.
Very instinctual.
Intense beyond belief ;)
The only way Slaughter knows.

Dumbell bench press: my new favorite lift
Barbell shrugs: my old favorite lift

I also do olympic lifts.
Mainly a BB style overall I'd say.

Ok, that's enough info for now... time to pass out and get some SLEEP!

10+ on weekends

O.K. I'll join in...preping for a figure comp so here are my stats as of 4-1/2 weeks ago...two weeks from posting new stats and pics (8 weeks out).

• Height - 5'7-1/2"
• Weight - 151 lbs.
• BF - 14.7%

DIET:
• 8:30 a.m. - 4 egg whites + 1 whole egg, 1/2 grape fruit, 1 slice whole
grain (wheat free) bread, black coffee

• 10:30 a.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast + 1 cup broccoli

• 1 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast, large salad w/balsamic vinegar,
1/4 sweet potato

• 3 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli

• 5-7 p.m. - TRAINING

• 7:30 p.m. - 4 oz. chicken or fish, salad or broccoli

• 8:30 p.m. - BEDTIME!!!

SUPPLIMENTS: Multi-vitamin, glucosamine, fiber, FireLean, whey protien, calcium, vitamin C, Var (almost done with my cycle) and flaxseed oil +
1-1-1/2 gal of water a day.


TRINING SPLIT:
• Monday - Chest + 30 min. HIIT
• Tuesday - Back + 30 min. HIIT
• Wed. - Shoulders + 30 min. HIIT
• Thurs. - Legs + light cardio
• Friday - Bi's & Tri's + 30 min. HIIT
• Saturday - OFF
• Sunday - I hit anything that I didn't get a chance to do during the week +
30 min. HIIT.

***I also have a personal trainer training me two to three times a week on core training to lean me out for the show. So depending on if I have training during the week with my trainer that is when I pick up on Sunday what I didn't get to because of training.

edit: I also have to take Adderall so that i can do my school work. Although its not a supplement, it does suppress my appetite. I know some people say be careful when taking supplements with this, so far Ive felt no side affects and I slowly increased my dosage of T-Rex with this.

First of march I recieve my Clen (ordered it way before I read up on it looking for a quick fix, but have since learned to work alter my diet and living style)...depending on where Im at then will determine if I use it with the T-3 (same case, order before i knew better) stack
 
Holy Sh1t.... your on adderall and taking Rexin'?!

Wow... you must be the multitasker of the century in school (or at work!)!

That'll probably burn you out after a while though.

I have a perscription for 20mg Adderall XR... I haven't taken it in months though.

Try thermo without the adderall, I got similar effects from the thermorexin.
 
30 mgs thats time released...which helps a lot i dont take Friday-Sunday

Here is my diet for today.

Muscle Milk

2 Egss with bacon bits in morn. With 3 serv. of canned chick
2 slices of wheat with little cheese

3 tbs of nat penut butter 2 slices of wheat

2 scoops of whey. 2 serv. of canned chick.

1 protien bar.

3 cups of skim and a bannanna

on refeed days which happens every 10 days or so is around 3000 cals

check my signature. im on 300mg test per week which is being bumped up the last 2 to 450mg. i dropped the winny bc of joints and im running tbol the last 4 weeks. ill be increasing my cals slightly, up to 2400 during this 4 week period to take advantage of the tbol and increased test in my system. but what really helps me is the lclen bc its anticatabolic. u think 2200 cals is too little

Weights, alone in my basement every 2-3 days, cardio 3-4 days per week.
Diet, mainly chicken, with rice or whole wheat pasta. Assorted veggies, mainly peppers & brocolli.
I'll flesh out the details more tomorrow.

For your stats....... I would think 2500. But thats what I would do. I like the Big (somewhat lean) look. Not the RIPPED TO SHREDDS look. It seems that you are on the right track...lookin pretty solid. I have the stocky build so I think I would look fuckin wierd as hell REAL lean. I hope to just get down 14% before I start my test cycle.
 
yea, im tryin to look like makavelli. check out his pics. he is shredded beyond belief. if i hit 8% by april, ill be jumping for joy.
 
Makaveli Is a fuckin statue. Shredded is an undersatement. He Diets HARDCORE plus he knows his shit and last but not least HE DOES IT.

Been away from the scene for 2.5 years (got married bought a house got lazy etc)

Currently working out 4 days a week.
20 mins fast walk/run on treadmill
45 mins lifting
10 mins on eliptical (I modified an old Ice hockey technique. 2 mins at a good rpm, 30 sec sprint, 2 mins, 30 sec sprint etc etc)

Diet is being worked on daily. My wife loves to eat and is over weight so its hard for me to only have what I need.

I quit smoking 10 months ago. So I am always looking for something to eat.

I will put a current pic up as soon as i can. Current gallery pics are from 2.5 yrs ago. 180lbs 7-8% BF.

Currently only using diesel fuel or Thermorexin fat burners on gym days.

I have become FAT. At 33 I now have love handles (I really cant belive I let them grow) and a gut. I have never before had them! But I guess it was also that I played Ice hockey up until about 4 years ago.

id use the trex everyday, not only on workout days esp if you're trying to lose fat. if you want a quick burst before the gym, just get some amp 02
 
I dont know what the fucked happened but on my thierd day of T_rex I am up 3 lbs...prob just some of the water wieght that I lost when I first started . Fuck its been a bad day... i just wann eat junk food tilll i puke,
 
Bump on taking Rexin' on "off" days... keep that metabolism up and firing on all cylinders!

CityHick: Don't worry about it, suck it up... go run a few miles :) jk, bro ... probably water. Or maybe you weighted at a different time, different clothes on, didn't use the bathroom before. Eh, either way... stick to the diet damnit!! No junk food! ... stuff is gross anyway.

Good chest routine yesterday with some bis.

Today doing back... actually going over a buddies house do do deads, rows, and some others. I think he's only got a 300lb olympic set (as do I) so not going heavy tonight... which is good anyway, Chiropractor straightend me out today... man was I in pain yesterday! He cracked me about in 6 different spots... I swear I'm 2 inches taller now, lol.
 
I dont know if I will make it to the gym today. I am going to cut back a little on cals. I am tired and I have a LOT of work still to do. Like I said its just a bad day. And my leg workout wasnt as bad as I thought it was.
 
Fuck that!!! I work full time, school full time... basically on here full time... think about nutrition and lifting 24/7.

I took today off from the gym due to a shitty overall day. Lifting and diet is just a lifestyle. I breathe it. I Love it. Still trying to forget about cravings that I have due to new diet. I am cutting my calorie intake down.
 
Quick update:

Day 3 of Clen!

Note to self: Administer Clen AFTER shaving... wow, jittery as FU^K! Only on about 30 mcg of Liqui Clen. Oh shit... 46 mcg, I just did the calulation of 3.125 * 15 drops. With a 36 hour half life... there's more in me. Ok, that was smart :rolleyes: doing proper calculations tomorrow morning before I start with the dropper!

No cramps, taking about 1 gram taurine / day preventativly.
 
sgt, id bump up the taurine to 3g ed and take 1g of potassium. i would also use a syringe to extract the clen. its much more accurate than the dropper. the dropper you can be off up to 40mcg at least. i just finished my first 2 weeks on ag guys lclen a couple days ago. for some reason, i was a lil ammune to it and went up to 120mcg at one point. my next 2 weeks of lclen ill prob go up to 140-160mcg.

also, cityhick, i wouldnt weigh myself too often. i hate weighing myself bc if my gains slow than weighin myself every day just reminds me of that. i go by how i look in the mirror and in pics and weigh once every 2 weeks or so.

3000 mg of Taurine ed ... I have 500 mg pills. Say 1g morning, noon, and night? I don't see why one would load up on it, because the body would execrete what it doesn't need. I'm taking potassium as well in the a.m. with the Taurine... why 1g of Potassium (that's a shit load [10] 99mg pills).

I'm trying to cover all my bases but sometimes recomendations seem WAY out there, you know... or not?

EDIT: Are your reccomendations based on my diet, stats, and training? Or is that what you do? .... just trying to get all the data bro.

And on the syringe... yeah, I NEED to go find one of them Tonight for the mornings dose!
 
no, those are the recommended doses. you can do a search on the anabolic forum and you will see that when on clen, suggested taurine intake is 3-5g, so i was giving you the low end of the range. it seems like a lot of potassium, but the pills are so small. i swallow about 6 pills at a time since i take about 45 pills per day. if you look at my signature, youll see everything im taking currently. if you want, supplementdirect has 1g taurine pills which i use. also, ag just added liquid taurine which may be something to think about. it def seems like a lot of things to take, but preventing a problem is much better than dealing with one.

OK, here's some more.
Aside from assorted vitamins & low maintenance HRT dose of test, I'm not taking anything to lose weight. Currently researching. I do take protein powder & CEE (NOZ) for the wightlifting. Still calculating average caloric intake.
I'm 5' 10", about 240ish lbs, 27% fat. Been like this all my life, with genetic inducements from both sides.
Married, 1 daughter 20 y.o.. Wifey's a peach, but she doesn't have my probs, so I have to work around her cooking sometimes.
I've been lifting for many years, really only seeing gains since beginning HRT. I do cardio primarily on a crosstrainer at a gym. 30-50 min, H.R. ranges from 105-160. Wifey & I take a bodyflow class at the gym. It's part Tae Chi, part Pilates, & part Yoga. It's awesome, but I look like a hippo doing ballet. Nice scenery otherwise, ;) . :p

Dude you have a good base but I am not going to lie and it will be work. Just because I am young doesnt mean its all that easy. We are all here to see you help out in anyway we can. You can do it if you stay motivated, positive, and willing.

I completely agree. I got my Taurine up to 4 grams yesterday. Potassiums getting there also, i need to find a new brand though.... the pill are round (like a discus large in the middle) instead of elongated, the fuc^ing suck trying to get down the hatch
 
i got mine at vit shoppe and they are real small. even the taurine pills arent big. the only thing that sometimes hard is the no2 pills bc they arent coated.
 
Gotcha... mine are from GNC... the taurine one's are about 1/2 the size of N02 pills (yeah those are rough going down... i've done a bottle or 2 before... actually i have 1/2 bottle left...lol). I gotta find new potassium pills GNC's suck!
 
My diet went to shit this weekend but hopefully will get right back on track tmw morn. I ate some of the food I was having these huge cravings for over the weekend and didnt even really enjoy them. I think I am finally getting used to eating healthy and right. Just need to lay of the drinks on the weekends now. Kinda stupid to do all the work all week then fuck it up on the weeknd.....part of being young and dumb.
 
this was my first weekend that i drank in 3months and im still paying for it. no more for a lil while. not until i hit that 8%

damn... that's how i got off track for a couple years living in the dorms as an undergrad. I didn't train at all and turned to shit with the cafeteria food too... gross stuff.

I know you have a few training buddies, try to get them to hit the gym on weekends with you. Or just swear off drinking for awhile... I did that, and it was kinda funny going out with the guys on the weekend being the sober one... did that for about a month just because, and because people didn't think I could. I proved them wrong... they were the drunks; still are.

You seem like the "all or nothing" type of personality (as am I really)... it can make or break us.

Conclusion: YOU CAN DO IT BRO! MAN UP AND DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO
 
I know. My traing buddies are also my drinking buddies. I know it doesnt make sense. We didnt eat all that bad but we just drank. Its hard because there isnt shit to do. I Go to school, work, workout, cook. And thats about it during the week. So on the weekend i just want a break. Its just not smart but I still am having progress. When I get a girl again Ill stop.

AGE - 30

Diet: aprox. 2400

Morning (after cardio workout) - 2 egg whites, 1 w/yolk and mushrooms + protein shake - coffee
Mid Morning - 1 cup of oat meal (plain) + nuts
Lunch - 6 oz. of chicken (plain) with mushrooms or brocolli
Mid afternoon - Turkey or chicken sandwich w/cheese, wheat bread (plain)
Afternoon workout - protein shake b4/after (except TH, SUN)
Final meal (around 6pm) - 8 oz. of chicken or steak or fish (plain) with mushrooms or brocolli & salad with Sesame Miso dressing

Exercise:

Monday - chest (upper), bi's, abs, cardio (30 minutes)
Tuesday - lower body, HITT
Wednesday - shoulders, tri's, abs, split cardio (30 minutes)
Thrusday - REST
Friday - chest (lower), bi's, abs, long distance run (slow pace)
Saturday - back, lats, abs, cardio (30 minutes)
Sunday - REST


Currently on 2 week break from Clen, will start up + T3 this Sunday. I'll take some b4 pics soon. During the break, I take Stimerex-ES to help suppress my incredbile appetite. I'd eat double what I eat now if I didn't take some kind of supressant.

I've been at this program for about 2 weeks solid. I've lost 7lbs. since.

I look forward to thi "challenge." Great idea. It makes it easier to stick to a program when you have others in a nonformal competition along side you. I'm stoked.

I did not know about the added benefits with T3 + Clen; just the norm of stacking the two. Thanks for the karma everyone! This has motivated me to stick with it.

Damn bro... your progress is kicking my ass. Although you are using gear...witch I am not looking down on at all. I am thinging about running the same cycle. But maybe 500mgs of Sust. and only 1-4 of tBol. No no2 either. But GOOD WORK BRO! Your chest blew up! Cant wait till I start my cycle. What BF% were you at to start?

I just realized I took 40 mcg (at 2/10 of 1cc... yes it can be reduced but i'm not going to) I intended for 20mcg today... but I feel the same if not less jittery than yesterday's 20mcg. Interesting.

- Question:
I ordered Taurine in Powder form... it'd be a pain in the ass to tote some to work and take during the work day (I spread my Taurine intake throughout the day with the pills right now). Would it be "ok" or "fine" to take morning and evening? I gotta do some research on it, but i'm looking for anecdotal evidence or opinions I guess... maybe some sources that say it's ok to do so?

im never satisfied. im the all or nothing kinda guy, so when i do something, i do it to the max. i weigh my food, post questions on everything, and pm mods like mr x to make sure everything im doing is inline with my goals. ill be posting some updated pics in about 3 weeks. hopefully my abs will be more visible. what i realized is that your gear isnt as important as your diet. you can use gear that ppl usually use for bulking, but if your diet is for cutting, you;ll get cut up. only prob that might occur is water weight, but that's what the ai's are for. thanks for complements. sgt, i take the taurine about 3-4 times a day so i think its fine to spread it out between the am and pm. if its in powder form, you can throw it in your protein shakes. i also like to take a bunch of potassium before i go to sleep. i hate waking up in the middle of the night with a cramp. so painful.
 
Well your diet has to match our goals. I do not have a desire to be even as cut as you. I just want to be at like 13% and MASSIVE. So I right now I am trying to get down to 14% and then I will start with my cycle. Abs I just want a strong outline and a full chest with some big traps. Workin on my back and delts(weakpoints right now). So I still eat clean but not not as diehard as you. When i start my cycle it will get real strict.In no rush and just keeping steady loss because I cant afford it now anyway.
 
Yeah I hear ya... I am too most of the time. But i've mellowed out alot, so i'm more relaxed about everything... may not do everything to a "T" but i'm cool with that and happy with the results I'm getting.

So if one was not supplementing their own testosterone production... using an A.I. (like...?) would help keep the water down?

i have a friend that's so hairy, we bust his balls about having to shave his teeth, his palms, and his finger nails. sgt, are you asking about taking an ai while not on cycle? if you are, i dont think its necessary. just drink plenty of h2o and some cardio will take care of that. most ppl don't realize that the more you drink, the less you retain. i would also pm mr x about it. it may also help raise your nat test levels since most ai's are anti estrogen's.

My water intake ed is ~ 1.75 gallons on average right now with these stimulants.

That's what I thought with anti-estrogen's... actually experimented with myself... I started talking a shitload to people, weird... cuz i'm not VERY outgoing like that usually. Then started to feel depression symptoms (sorta like PMS symptoms, not that I can directly relate it but from what I've read) so i stopped... I don't think I had my training and diet dialed in then either. I wonder what'd it do now.
 
My ex will be my motivation to lift every fuckin plate I grab tommarow at the gym. Im going to fuckin tear it up......FUCKIN BITCH. Thats the motivation I needed.

30-40% only? its definatley above 80%. Only reason im saying this is i was 240->Im now 170lbs Solid. W/ Abs under 10%BF

ALL From DIET. no gym, no situps, etc.
(well once i started seeing them i did my situps every other day)

BUT it was 100% from my diet. So your right diet is around 80% of your goals.
 
That's why he stated he thinks now it's 60-80%.

I believe it's 100% diet and 100% training to keep your mass (all depends on goals though!).

I believe you can loose fat without doing any cardio as well.... now to the extent to how far one will be able to drop to low bf% without cardio I'm not sure.
 
Alright I really didnt want to post this because I am not happy with the pregoress. More progress has been made then the pics make it look like. (I wouldnt think any has been made by lookin at the pics) But oh well here goes

ya.. Ill get some after I lift today. I get about 1/4 as big as when Im soft. Both those pics I am completly relaxed.

You will I was adding at least 5 lbs a week to my curls and like 10 a week on bench... I love the feeling. eating all day if fun... and filling. Wish I could do it all year long without getting fat

Thanks bud. It really had more then the pics show. Its kinda frusterating when the camera doesnt show really how much progress i made. My chest has lifted and actully is starting to show some thickness around my collar bone. And my wait has dropped from a 36 to a 34. Weight has stayed at 200 for about 2 weeks. Streghth is staying the same...not going up though :rolleyes: I just started Thermorexin a week ago so we will see how much that helps. That one month was strictly change in foods. No Vitamins or anything. No i got Flax oil Fish oil along with more muscle milk to help. Maybe will start clen In a week....dunno yet. Ill take some pics after workout.

This is the body look I am going for..some people might think its fat, But I think its bad ass. (thanks "to the short one")

I think of that type of bod as bad ass too for sure bro... you and I both would need about 40 lbs of sheer beef on our upper bodies to have that set up right there!
I've always gone by the "ratio" of: If my chest sticks out father than my gut, i'm good. lol

But this summer I want to feel completly comfortable without a shirt on at the beach, too damn self consious.
 
haha me to with the chest idea. What %BF do you think he is? I thaught if I did a bulking cycle and ate REAL clean after about 3 cycles I might be able to get that large. MAYBE. But thats what I am going for....I would be proude as fuck to look that massive.... to bad im not 6 4' like that big motha fucka
 
I'm really bad at estimating body fat percentages.

Reasons:

1. I have yet to see a guaranteed/accurate/precise/valid body fat %
2. Everybody has different proportions.
3. I don't even know my own. lol.

I would say: That it looks like if he lost a good 7-10 pounds (of fat) he might be ripped.... who knows.

But after doing those 3 cycles... what will you do from there to keep the mass that your genetics have not adjusted to holding onto?
- I think long term (in cycle terms... a few months to a year later will you look the same if you keep up with diet and training?).

I'm not trying to be a Grinch just making sure you see more than one angle bro.

Here's my CURRENT routine...

keep in mind i tweak my shit almost weekly, with major changes every 10 weeks...

Monday

Barbell bench press 4-5 sets, 10 reps down to 2-3 reps for final set
Incline dumbbell press 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Dumbbell Flyes (vary flat and incline) 3 sets, 10 reps
Overhead dumbbell press 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Rope pulldowns 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Dips (Mainly chest, come down forward) 3 sets to failure
Donkey Calf Raise 4 sets, 10 reps

Tuesday
Deads 5 sets, 1-5 reps in decending order
Pullups 3-4 sets as many i can get to positive failure (if i hit 10 i'll stop)
Hammer Rows 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Barbell Shrugs 3 sets, 10 reps
Rear dumbell or cable flyes 3 sets, 10 reps
Barbell Curl 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Cable curl (all kinds of grips, what i'm in the mood for) 3 sets, 8-12 reps

Thursday

Dumbbell shoulder press 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Dumbell or calbe lateral raises 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Hammer Incline press 5 sets, 10,8,6,4,2 reps
Cable Crossovers 3 sets, 10 reps
V bar pressdowns 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Seated Calf raise 4 sets, 10 reps

Saturday

Squats 5-6 sets, 10, 8, 5, 5, 5 reps
Leg extension 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Leg curl 3 sets, 8-10 reps
Barbell Rows 4-5 sets, 8-10 reps
Dumbell Shrugs 3 sets, 10 reps
Preacher Curls 3 sets, 4-8 reps
Hammer Curls 3 sets, 8-10 reps

that's the meat and potatoes of it, but like i said, i change things on the fly quite a bit...


My current diet is consisting of about 3500 calories...

i plan on 6 meals and a protien shake at bedtime...

Meal 1 - preworkout will be Carbs and Protien w < 6g fats
Meal 2 - postworkout will be Carbs and Protein w < 6 g fats
Meal 3 - Protein and fats w < 10g carbs
Meal 4 - Carbs and Protein w < 6 g fats
Meal 5 - Carbs and Protein w < 6 g fats
Meal 6 - Protein and fats w < 10g carbs

am going to try and get in 3600 cals over the next 2 weeks, while i'm still trying to trim some bodyfat, and then go up to 4400 cals while i try to add some more muscle mass without adding any fat mass...

that's a lot of fuckign food, and i don't mind eating the same shit day in and day out, as long as i can stomach the stuff...

If i start to see hints of fat gains, i will cut my calories back by 100 per day per week and take it from there...
