Day 1 of Clen cycle tomorrow!
Starting with the low dosage and ramping it up, and then tampering down as specified earlier... I have 2 weeks until Vacation... seeing what this will do to step it up a notch with lifting and diet.
After vacation, i'm probably take a few days off (or not, depends on what I decide during vacation)... keeping diet maintenace and as clean as humanly possible throughout... then diet hard until i'm at where I want to be for the warm summer months.

I'm not loosing any muscle!!! WOOT WOOT, probably putting a little on so far!
EDIT: My inflamed elbow ("tennis elbow") is coming back to haunt me... going to figure something out for that... maybe implement a glucosamine regimine and stay on it.
