Diet, on point.. had a HORRIBLE food fit today after seeing some desert pics from a vacation album I was browsing thought today

Got over it, and did NOT eat what I wanted to.. had that angel *B* over my shoulder
Training has been going very well...

Legs got worked today! My knee held up... felt pain on ZERO weight leg presses

Squats were good to go, kept adding weight... bar, and kept going up to 155lbs... ATF too...

I DO NOT want to have a busted knee, i'm too young for that crap, so not sure what is to become of my legs right now.
NOTE: Lifting scheme has changed from speed and power low reps to slow and steady and 8,10,12 reps.
