7/1 Week2 Day2 ME Lower

I forgot to take my camera to the gym with me to record my GM and Zercher's to see if my form had improved. However, I really focused on the form this time. I know that I did better this time, especially the GM.

GM: 170x1RM (This is 25lbs less than what I did last week, but I know I had much better form; straight legs, arched back, butt out)
Zercher's squat: 155x3RM - PR (This is 10lbs more than I did last week, and I had better form this week; no weird hip movement, just up and down)
Glute Ham Raises: 3x10
Hypers: 3x8
Pull down Abs: 110x5x15
Straight leg raises: 4x15

I feel like I had a great day. I love WSB!
