Which do you mean twice a day or twice a week? I'm going to be taking 2 per wk for the 1st 4 wks then eod when I throw in the fina!

It sounds like you are really new to the game. Give us some stats. Its fine to mix oil injectables with other oil injectables. Water injectables w/ water injectables. From some reason I get the feeling your really young.

Jabs...I am 23 and this would be my second cycle. My first was 500mg testoviron a week with 200mg of primo a week. I guess I dont now much about the details of juicing up but I am learning everyday...Soooo.I take it Sust and Deca are both oil based?

yes,they are both oil base and it will be fine to mix and shoot them together.
