6'7" 190 LBS, Skinny, Can not gain weight, Please Help!

there is no set ammount for "too many" of anything... you just need to experiment and learn that way...
also... eggs are great... keep eating them... but you need to prioratize (sp?) meat... beef and fish are definately the best...
as far as eggs go... i dont eat all my eggs in one meal... i usualy eat 4 for breakfast (along with other food of cousre)... and i take in one shake a day with raw egg whites... usualy 3 or 4...

eggs? if you are eating egg whites you can eat alot of thoughs...but you should be looking at red meats, fatty fish (samlon), potatos, whole milk anything that is dense and will add more calories to your diet
as for your wrists, you can gain a little bit of bone size and density with heavy wieght training and diet, it is mostly your genetics but as thin as you are all you need is more calories and maybe some heavy weight training (8-10 reps). you should set a goal to get 380 grams of protien in one day plus good fats and carbs

trust me counting every single gram is a chore but it is worth the effort, you will be suprised how much lean muscle will come from just this
